Wear Your Tiara

Reclaiming Your Power and Rebuilding Your Inner Crown

IMG_9958_edited.jpg
After years of repeating old patterns or feeling like a victim or that you're never good enough, "Wear Your Tiara...Reclaiming Your Inner Crown", was created to acknowledge the pain from our childhood trauma and understand how it has impacted the choices we've made and how we see ourselves in the world.

When we begin to heal our inner wounds, instead of seeking external validation, we can begin to reclaim our power and rebuild our lives so that we can finally feel worthy of the life we deserve.

About Debra

Debra Josephson is a dedicated speaker, life coach, and advocate for healing from childhood trauma, drawing from her own personal journey to inspire and empower others and reclaim their lives. She recognizes that as human beings we are not perfect, and have all made mistakes.

However, when she saw a pattern in the decisions we make or relationships we enter into repeatedly leaving us feeling victimized, abandoned, or ashamed, she decided not only to look at the circumstances we find ourselves in, but what caused us to make those choices in the first place. As a survivor of childhood trauma herself, she began to recognize that there was a direct correlation between how one feels about themselves, what they believe they deserve, and the decisions they make. While dealing with her own challenges from childhood abandonment to enduring emotionally abusive and manipulative relationships to being a single mother to children with special needs, Debra has navigated and overcome many of life’s obstacles. She has transformed her pain into a powerful message of resilience and hope that she hopes will help others do the same.

In her keynote speech, “Wear Your Tiara: How to Reclaim Your Inner Crown”, she shares her insights and personal stories that she hopes will resonate with those who have faced similar challenges. She wants to remind them that they are not alone in this journey and that we all have the power to rise above our circumstances. Once we begin to heal our deeper wounds and rebuild our inner “crowns”, we can begin to realize our true worth, reclaim our power, and live the life we are deserving of.

I Can See Clearly Now…Seeing Yourself Through New Eyes

After enduring years of childhood trauma or criticism, an essential part of our journey is not only rebuilding our lives but also, learning to see ourselves in a new and positive light. Trauma and criticism often leave us with a distorted view of ourselves, clouding our self-esteem and self-worth. Here, we’ll explore how to let go of the critical voices from the past, identify and correct these negative influences, and rebuild a healthy self-image.

I’ll share my personal experiences and practical strategies that have helped so many overcome a distorted self-perception and embrace a clearer, more positive view of themselves.
